Takes a little longer than alcohol based ones to dry, but flap your hands a bit and they dry soon enough to start another task!
Perfect to spray onto hard surfaces: ie. while working at your desk, on the steering wheel, bench or any where that copes with a wet surface (no electrical items) & leave to dry or wipe over with clean cloth.
